Arden Guest House is situated in Kingussie in the heart of Cairngorm National Park . Kingussie is close to Aviemore and Rothiemurchus for all summer and winter sporting activities. Set in its own garden grounds with a large private car park, the house is a lovely example of a Highland Victorian Villa. It retains many period features and has been sympathetically refurbished and creates a peaceful and tranquil setting where you can relax in comfort. Arden House is situated at the West End of Kingussie, within easy walking distance of the Town Centre with it's wide range of facilities.

There are five en-suite bedrooms including a family suite consisting of a single bedroom and a large room with a double and single bed, a front facing room with a double and a single bed, a double bedroom, and a twin room. All of these rooms have shower en-suites. Our final room is also to the front and this room has a king size bed and a large bathroom with a Victorian roll top bath.
